Mountain Rose Ranch is a full-service equestrian facility situated on a pastoral 13 acres surrounded by rolling, tree-lined, hills. Our facility provides the perfect setting for training and educational immersion of horse and rider with a large heated barn adjoining a spacious, 80' x 260' indoor arena allowing for comfortable year-round education. Amenities also include an expansive 250' x 400' outdoor arena, exercise track, round pen, horse exerciser, obstacle course, teaching classroom, viewing area, boarder lounge, and both indoor and outdoor wash racks. We are located across the street from a lovely state park with easy riding access to abundant trails, lovely scenery, and tranquil spaces. Photo Gallery
We are often asked about use of our facility and now provide the following options for the benefit of you and your horse(s), club, business or organization.

Options and Rates:
We now offer an Arena Membership Punch Card which allows a user to benefit from the facilities at the convenience of their schedule for the duration of the cards uses. Users may utilize the riding facilities any day of the week between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm, though are encouraged to reference the MRH Calendar prior to coming to see what other events may be taking place. The indoor arena, outdoor arena, round pen and obstacle course (with availability of outside spaces dependent on ground conditions) are all available for use with the Arena Membership Punch Card. All arena membership users are subject to the ranch and facility use rules which will be provided at the first time of use.
Arena Membership Punch Card (10 rides): $150 per rider*
Additional Family Members Punch Card** (10 rides): +$75
* One pass required per rider, but no limit on number of horses per rider.
** Family passes to include immediate family members only
Rules and Requirements:
Any use of the Mountain Rose Ranch facilities will be subject to a User signing a Facility Use Agreement prior to use and be in relation to User's continued adherence to the agreement throughout the duration of use. Failure to comply with ranch rules or provisions set forth in the agreement may result in termination of use of the facilities. User will need to schedule either an in-person facilities use tour or view the online facilities use video (coming soon) to ensure understanding of expectations around using the facility, prior to first use.
Our arenas and classroom can be rented for the benefit of your club, organization or business. All facilities have been recently renovated and are maintained in a clean, safe and enjoyable state for horse and human alike. Photo Gallery
Rules and Requirements:

All outside entities contracting with MRR for use of the facilities will need to:
- sign a Facility Rental Agreement in advance of use
- provide proof of coverage of a liability insurance policy for the required minimum limits or a special event policy for said event
- abide by all ranch rules and adhere to all terms of agreement
- remit a deposit to secure date(s) for the event

Our spacious indoor arena is a horse lovers dream! It can easily accommodate a gathering of horses and riders, while still allowing ample room for auditors or booths, demo areas, etc. The space can be opened up along three walls to allow for fresh air and natural daylight or can secure up tight if weather or temperatures merit. The footing is a dirt/sand mix which is watered and harrowed regularly. The arena comes equipped with a seating/viewing area, safety horse ties and mounting blocks. The outdoor arena at Mountain Rose Ranch is almost more than you'll know what to do with. At 250' x 400' it makes even large arenas shrink by comparison! The arena is surrounded by lovely pasture and tree-lined hills, making it both a peaceful and private location. The fencing is a safe and attractive vinyl split rail and the footing comprised of predominantly sand, which is harrowed regularly. The arena has two gaits for easy access and boasts a large, sand track around the perimeter which can be utilized as a viewing area. The classroom space at Mountain Rose Ranch is newly renovated and welcomes guests with cheery colors and charming decor. It is a bright and friendly place to gather for a meeting or for snacks and solicitation around an event. It has a flatscreen tv which may be utilized for media showing, furthering the educational or entertainment value of your event. The classroom can be set up in various configurations to best accommodate your needs with either rows of chairs, table with chairs or open.
